Arrival and departure:

Down payment:
We kindly ask you to make a 50% down payment by bank transfer.

Payment:
Please transfer the remaining 50% of the total no later than 3 days prior to your arrival.

Local Tax:
€ 5,- per person and night

Children under 15 years are free.

Deposit:
We ask you for a € 250,- deposit when you check in.

Final cleaning:
We charge a one-time fee of € 180,- (without pets) for the final cleaning of the house.

Parking:
There are two garages by the house and parking spaces in front of the garages, providing parking for 4 cars. E-charging possible in the garages - extra fee.

Short stay:
We apply a surcharge for short stays up to three nights.

Smoking/non-smoking:
Our holiday residence is non-smoking. You may only smoke on the balconies and the terrace!

Pets:
Pets up to a certain size are allowed after consultation with the owner for an extra charge.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation from the time of booking, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 40% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation 1 month before the start of the holiday, the guest will be charged a cacellation fee of 70% of the toal amount.
In case of cancellation 1 week befort the start of the holiday, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of  90% of the total amount.

1 month = same calendar day of the previous month from  00:00 a.m.
1  week   = same calendar day of the previous  week  from  00:00 a.m.
